After all the hoopla, I’m JUST opening the ice cream maker. This weekend happened to be a fun filled one. Reminded me that I live in Miami and I’m wasting it. It aslo reminded me that I REALLY shouldn’t be eating ANY ice cream at all! ;)
Don’t Worry, I’m still forging ahead. Let’s see how this weekend goes.

I really do need to lose a few pounds before the holidays
The recent craving for ice cream, hundreds of Pinterest recipes coupled with my Amazon Prime membership led me to thinking…. WHY NOT ?
” Why not have an ice cream maker handy ? “
Trusty Amazon displayed a plethora of options. Brands, sizes, colors….
Soooo…. I would have to have made “something” at least 10 times… divided by….
It only took a matter of seconds for me to justify the $60.00 purchase.
The Cuisinart ICE-21 Frozen Yogurt, Ice Cream & Sorbet Maker was everything I “think” I wanted.
I reveled in the Pros and turned a blind eye to the Cons. No more counter space, the color doesn’t go with anything (yet), Iactose intolerance, never having fresh ingredients.
Pass the Visa!
Let’s start off by saying, I don’t think there is anything under the sun I cannot do.

Me: Why Not? How hard can it be?
Documenting my “Why Not?” moments is long overdue.
Usual practice is Off to get all the ingredients, tools, supplies, knickknacks needed (and not needed) to add to my endless list of ” I can make that! ” items.
Now I checked the definition of hoarding and so far I’m not “in excess of socially normative amounts” of anything.
